SnapSocialMedia.com is a Web Marketing organization specializing in web site development and social media services for small and mid-sized companies who want the advantage of being more visible on the Internet. POSITION
This is a full time position responsible for prospecting, proposing, and selling to potential SnapSocialMedia.com clients. This position requires a very dedicated prospecting routine, a comprehensive understanding of the Internet, and a high level understanding of social media channels. The candidates considered for this position must be able to proactively find prospective customers for SnapSocialMedia.com services through telemarketing, networking, and client relationships. Compensation for the position has a salary plus commission structure with an earning potential of $80K + at plan.
YOUR DUTIES
- Proactively find prospective customer for SnapSocialMedia.com services through telemarketing, networking, and client relationships
- Proposing and closing to potential SnapSocialMedia.com clients
- Networking
- Sales reporting
- Presenting dynamic sales presentations
- Value oriented selling with prospects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred but not required. Minimum 1 year college or tech school.
- Minimum 1 year of prior success in business to business sales, as well as a proven track record of building and sustaining an active pipeline of account opportunities.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to present dynamic sales presentations and be able to demonstrate the ability to close the sale.
- Good working knowledge of computers, including Power Point, search engines, web design, SEO, PPC, SEM, link building and social media.
- Be a self starter with a commitment to excellence and client service with strong problem solving capabilities.
- Be a team player, willing to do what it takes for our team to meet or exceed expectations.
- Have impeccable references.

Level One Tech
Provides comprehensive first-tier phone and in-person support for the efficient resolution of technology problems and requests for end-users.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately assesses and records problems using the Help Desk support ticketing system
- Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems
- Training staff and orienting them on how to use computer hardware and software systems
- Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly
- Physical set up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs
- Troubleshooting and solving network connectivity issues
- Peripheral support – background with printers/scanners/fax
Qualifications include:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2+years of help desk experience strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of current versions of Microsoft applications and networking concepts
- Must have a strong team orientation, the ability to follow predefined support processes, and the initiative to propose improved efficiencies
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate technical concepts at various levels of the organization

Tier 1 Website Designer

SnapSocialMedia.com is a Web Marketing organization specializing in web site development and social media services for small and mid-sized companies who want the advantage of being more visible on the Internet. We customize strategies to ensure sustainable growth and success for our customers.
POSITION
This is a contract position designed for a candidate whose primary talent is in design but who has experience in web. Knowledge of basic html and CSS is a bonus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of best practices for web based layouts (visual literacy)
- CMS knowledge or experience — understanding of limitations and strengths
- Basic understanding of html/css
- Web Design experience, has an online portfolio
- Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator (Tasks within: tracing, font selections/comparisons, masks, work paths, shapes, overlays, effects, img resizing best practices, batches, etc.)
- Ability to follow and maintain branding standards
- Work under direction of Lead Designer
- Work within tight time constraints.(Concept development is always important, but with a bigger knowledge of best practices, and practice projects can be completed in less time. One tier-one website with about 15 pages is expected to be complete in 25 hours time.)
- Have project finished in 2-4 weeks
- Local applicants are preferred, but it can be done distance-based
TIER 1 PROCESS
- (Pre-Process) Find a template – narrow down to 3
- (Pre-Process) Create site in wordpress. Create project in basecamp
- (Pre-Process) Create client specific brand standard
- (Pre-Process) Pre project pieces compiled and delivered to contractor
- Research old site and combine with new template and brand standard
- Basic site build – Pages, Menus, Footers, Sidebars
- Stock photo research (free and paid sites)
- Designed Web elements: 2-5 homepage banners, 2-4 calls to action, 1-3 sidebar promotionals
- QA process at regular intervals
- Possible out of scope deliverables: Facebook welcome pages, twitter backgrounds, email templates
